RETURN PROCEDURES returns@everythingnicechristening.comPlease obtain a Return Authorization Code by sending an email within 3 days of delivery. Please include full name, order#, item#, and reason for return. Email return request prior to any phone call follow-ups.
Item should be shipped back within 5 business days of the delivery date. It is suggested that the item be returned using an insured and traceable shipping method. Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Please include a copy of the original invoice including the Return Authorization Code. Also include RA code on the outside of the box.

Exchanges will follow the same procedures above.
We encourage that the client place a new order for the replacement item, and Everything Nice will credit the account once the original item is received back in "new condition". We recommend this due to the high turn-over of availability.
Everything Nice will charge the credit card for replacement items and shipping - credit will be given when the original item is received back in sellable condition.
Item must be in original unworn condition with all tags intact. Item will be fully inspected to ensure item is in "new" condition showing no signs of wear, cleaning, or foul scent. Items deemed used will be sent back to customer incurring further shipping charges. Items must have all tags for a Full Refund.
Packages sent back without the Return Authorization Code, or past the return cut-off time-frame may not be accepted. Further shipping charges will be incurred.
Credit will be issued for the purchase price placed back on the original credit card used for the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. A 10% restocking is charged on all "Little Things Mean A Lot" products implemented by the manufacturer.
If item is returned in a crumpled fashion, or needs special attention to revive to perfect condition, a 25% fee will be implemented. We ask that Customers use ultimate care with items being returned. Please ship back in original gift box whenever possible.
Special Orders, any Head Wear and Socks are considered FINAL SALE, and will not be accepted for return.
SALE ITEMS will only be accepted for Store Credit, refunds will not be issued. Clearance Items will indicate Final Sale in the description and will be noted on the invoice, these items are not eligible for Store Credit or Refunds. Items marked 40% off or more are considered Final Sale
Shoes will only be accepted as an exchange for a different size - NO REFUNDS.
Shoes must be shipped in a shipping box, please do not tape shipping label to outside of the actual shoe box - we can't sell it then.
Orders for 3 or more like items, generally for Wedding Parties or 3 or more items for one child – must be returned within 5 business days of receipt. And an automatic 15% restocking fee is incurred on returned items. Size exchanges are happily handled at no restocking fee.
Orders either refused by the customer or deemed undeliverable due to incorrect order information will be charged a 50% restocking fee plus all applicable shipping charges. If additional charges exceed amount of the goods, Everything Nice will abandon the property and credit will not be issued.
Please note that refused orders WILL incur substatial charges. We truly discourage clients using this method to return items - it is very costly for you.
